  • TOSHIBA TELECOM TECHNICIAN

    Business Communications Solutions (BCS) is a leading provider of business telephone systems, IT networking and voice and data cabling.     BCS is looking for a Toshiba Telecom Technician who has experience working in the field with Toshiba phone systems. We have an amazing customer service team and want somebody who is not only technically knowledgeable with the equipment, but somebody who takes initiative and communicates well with team members and clients.

    What Experience You Need:
    • Minimum 2 Years of Hands-On Field Experience Programming, Installating, and Troubleshooting Toshiba Phone Systems: CIX 100, 200, and 670 Series
    • Installation & Troubleshooting Experience w/ ACD, NetPhone, Oaisys, Tracer, and Talkument
    • 2 Years experience with IP Telephony
    • Networking Skills - Ability to integrate networks with our products
    • Documenting work on Tickets/Service Order
    • Voice and/or Data Cabling
    • Excellent communication, implementation, managerial, multi-tasking, organizational and documentation skills
    • Ability to work independently AND within a team environment
    • Ability to maintain, replace, and diagnose hardware and software issues
    What Skills You Need:
    • Troubleshooting
    • Detail-Oriented in Work Ethic & Documentation
    • Motivated and Willingness to Learn
    • Organization and Time Management to work on several Service Tickets a day
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Ability to troubleshoot problems
    What You Will Be Doing!
    • Daily Field Work: Installing, Programming, Troubleshooting, and Implementing Toshiba Systems for our clients.
    • Installing, Programming, Troubleshooting, and Implementing ACD, NetPhone, Oaisys, Tracer, and Talkument.
    • Maintaining, Updating, and Upgrading client Toshiba phone systems and applications       
    • Training Clients
    • Customer Service Calls
    • Filling out all paperwork & documentation for all projects
    • Conduct site evaluations and determine project requirements
    • Troubleshoot problems reported by customers
    • Follow procedures
    It's A Plus If You Have:
    • Toshiba DK/CTX/CIX and Stratagy, MAS Voicemail Certifications
    • Hands on Experience w/ Cisco Phone Systems (UC500, Call Manager, etc.)
    • Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCVP, CCIE, etc)
    • IT experience - Network Administrator/Engineer background

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative who has prior sales experience and is willing to take the initiative to drive sales. We will teach you everything you need to know about our products and services; you just have to come with the right attitude.

    What You Will Be Doing!
    • Present and sell BCS services and applications to small business customers generating new sales revenue.
    • Increase sales funnel by cold calling, tele-marketing, lead groups, agents, etc.
    • Research for new prospects, competitors, and sales strategies
    • Work with the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction and all paperwork is complete and clean so the order flow process runs smoothly and the customer is installed in a timely manner.
    • Follow all BCS standards and formats in presentations, proposals, and professionalism.
    • Meet or exceed monthly quota.
    • Adhere to the BCS Sales Activity Model.
    • Attend all required BCS trainings and sales functions.
    • Accurately enter all sales activity into the CRM system on a daily basis.
    • Complete and submit all required reports and presentations.
    • Assist (if requested) in settlement of disputed accounts on behalf of BCS.
    • Other general responsibilities as required by supervisor.

    • Sales experience is desired in the fields of Telecom and IT
    • Experience with Lead Generation Sales that requires extensive cold calling.
    • College Degree
