NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
|
We are seeking a Network Administrator that is experienced with PC’s, LAN, Internet
connectivity, and Windows network troubleshooting required. Also the
ability to maintain, replace, and diagnose hardware and software issues are a must
for this position. The ability to configure TCP/IP on LANs and WANs is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Internet and network troubleshooting in local and wide area networks
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Troubleshooting software applications such as Microsoft Office, Anti-Spyware and
Anti-Virus.
- Installation Microsoft Exchange Servers
- New Network installation and configuration of Servers, Firewalls, Switches, VPN’s,
Wireless routers, Veritas, Sonicwall, and other network needs.
Requirements:
- MCSE or equivalent knowledge of Windows operating systems and
networking environment.
- Excellent communication, implementation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- PC hardware troubleshooting and installation skills

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
|
Position is responsible for identifying small to medium businesses with communication needs and initiating contact with C-level individuals. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, uncover business challenges and demonstrate how BCS telecom, data internet solutions resolve business needs, and develops strategies necessary to close business.

Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively close sales by moving customers through sales funnel.
- Prospect Contacts. Implement cold calling methods to develop list of potential prospects. Specific contact methods include in-person or telephone cold calls, mailers and written correspondence to determine potential for business. Target number of weekly contacts: 100.
- Qualifying Opportunities. Assess / uncover customer needs through consultative sales approach and determine if BCS can offer the appropriate solution(s). Target number of weekly appointments: 10.
- Propose Solution. Working with Sales Leader / Sales Engineer to develop an overall written and verbal strategy to demonstrate the benefits of buying the BCS communication solution. Proposal generally includes: executive summary, benefits tied directly to customer needs, recommended solution, product demonstration, and pricing.
- Implement Solution. Work with personnel at BCS and customer site to coordinate order requirements, installation needs, and system training. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by conducting follow-up meetings to determine how system is working and uncover any additional needs.
Consult with sales leader on account activity at least weekly; identify opportunities for growth, new programs, sales strategies and trends, and barriers to successful goal attainment.
Commit to continuous learning on latest technology and sales methods required for exceptional performance.
Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or equivalent and 1 - 3 years consultative selling experience. Must possess superior consultative sales approach for originating and closing business. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills are required. Must be able to operate in a team environment and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
